Cleaning out my Mothers cabinet after she passed I found a sealed bottle of organic Sorghum. Should I use it as the priming sugar for my Winter Warmer or save it and experiment making a gluton free batch using the Sorghum extract and a gluton free yeast? Having some friends that don’t tolerate gluton my experience is that gluton free beer kind of stinks.( my opinion). Thanks.
I too have heard horrible things about sorghum beer, however, I did just read an article that someone was making sorghum beer that wasn’t too bad. Its a blog written by “the jeep” on here. You could PM or join his blog to read more about it. If I remember correctly he was actually there when they brewed it. He might be able to give you some tips/pointers!
