Something near a blue moon?

So my wife and I really enjoy blue moon. Any good NB kits that I could modify into something like a blue moon?

I would imagine that someone here has though of something at some point :cheers:

Blue moon is a water-down version of a Belgian Witbier. Try the following:

It may have a bit more flavor to it than your wife is after, or she may like it even better.
