Yeah I know not technically a smash. Think I will use some of my other base malts like Maris otter and Munich for some smash recipes and use the 2 row in some simple recipes that’s not overly complex. I have a good supply of base malts and crystals and roasted. Along with few pounds of different hops like palisade, saaz , Kent golding, tettnanger and few more.
