It doesn’t have any pineapple that I can detect. That’s one of the flavors that I do not like whatsoever in a beer
Just made my first single hop in a long time, a Mosaic leaf wheat. It is so enjoyable I think I may round out the rest of the year just doing single hop. Get back to the root of flavor profiling. This particular single hop was 1 oz 60, 2 oz 15 min, 2 oz dry hop for 2 days. This was brew to bottle in one week and has the best nose I’ve had in a while.
