I never would have thought the temp of beer would make as big of a difference as it does. After realizing my vanilla porter tastes much better towards the bottom of the glass, I took a temp reading on my beers and found my mini frig is keeping them in the high thirties. After doing a bit of research I realize that’s wrong for every beer I drink. I’ve become a beer nerd 
Yup. It’s the same with wine. People think we’re wine snobs but it really does make an incredible difference in the flavor. :cheers:
