Serving a NEIPA

Just thought to share this tip. When serving a beer with alot of dry hops I use a floating dip tube with a filter to keep from clogged lines. I put the gas on the regular dip tube and shut off the gas between serving then give it the gas before pulling a pint to get all that hop material up again. This lets me dry hop without a mesh bag as well. I believe pushing the hops into suspension and not using a hop sack really increases the efficiency of the dry hops as well


Great tip. Yeah, the last “free range” dry hop I did ended badly with a clogged serving line.
