Ive had my White House Honey Ale in primary for 3 weeks now. Is it necessary to transfer to secondary at this point? Ive read posts that most people dont put it in secondary, but instead go straight to keg or bottling. Can I bottle now and let it condition? If so, how much time would you recommend keeping in the bottle to condition?
If your gravity is stable, I’d say go ahead and bottle. After three weeks it should be done, but it’s always best to check it with your method of choice. 2-3 weeks in the bottle should be plenty of time to condition. :cheers:
