Sebago's Bonfire Rye

Had a sampler of this at the Bangor Brewfest a couple weeks ago, and just picked up some. At a brewfest, I always wonder if my impressions are colored by the atmosphere(and the liberal consumption), but I have to say that this one stands up to my initial impression. VERY nice! Good balance of the Rye spiciness and hoppiness. Plus the malt background and beautiful orange color with white head.
If you can find it- Try it.

I lived in Maine for about two years, and I didn’t like most of the local offerings. Sebago and Allagash were the two exceptions. I wish I could give it a try here, but no Sebago here in Hawaii.
