How many times do you ferment and decant? And how long does the yeast keep?

I will step up 3 times, the last one I will swirl well and pour into small glass jars, plastic wrap and a rubber band. I will save 7 jars, 4 OZ. each and usually will have good yeast for a couple of months as I brew. I have saved some a bit longer too, no problems. Sneezles61
