Sanke False Bottoms

Calling on those of you who have a Sanke false bottom in your mash tun. I’m looking at the one on

but what holds it down? Seems like it will float around. I currently have the braid and it’s done me solid for years, but looking to add a new item and it will (should) allow me to get more wort and speed up the process. I’m also playing with the idea of setting up a RIMS apparatus, so this would play into that nicely.

EDIT: Also, do you have to disassemble it every time to clean it?

I’ve got a Sabco BrewMagic system that uses sanke kegs. They sell the false bottoms they use for the system.
