Sanitizer question

Hi all,

Just got a starter kit for Christmas and am looking forward to starting my first batch this weekend! One of the items that I got in the kit was an 8oz jar of “Easy Clean”.

Is this a cleaner or a sanitizer or both? The container is not specific and I want to know if I still need to go out and get some sanitizer.

It’s a cleaner, not a sanitizer. Same as One Step.

Easy Clean is a cleanser.

You will need to purchase a no rinse sanitizer such as Star San or Idophor
