Hi,
I am in the first fermenting stage and after 3 days the air lock with the sanitizer is empty. Do I refill this or leave it for the next week and a half?

Refill it. Must of got sucked into the carboy.
Can you confirm it was normally diluted sanitizer and not straight where it foamed out?
