Saison Petite de ete - Longer in fermenter or in bottle?

I have a batch that I brewed two weeks ago, instructions are 2 weeks, then 1-2 weeks bottle conditioning. I need the batch to be at its best by the end of June.

My question, is it better to let it sit now, then bottle 2 weeks pre-serving, or bottle it right now and let it condition for a full month?

I JUST bottled this recipe two weeks ago per the recipe. 2 primary, 2 in bottles.

I can tell you, it’s very good right now.

I’m sure it’ll get better with time too. You’ll be fine either method you choose.

This. Or even bottle at 4, condition for 2. My saison took about 3.5 weeks to finish – just bottled it 3 or 4 days ago.

I brewed this mid April.

It is really good now. been bottled about 3 weeks.
