AfteR allowing this to age another 10 days or so the flavors and content have really been brought out. The esthers have died down and I really like this kit now.
Yes, mine turned out great also. I gave most of it away as xmas presents. Everyone who got some raved about it. It isn’t hoppy enough for me, so I’m glad I had some “normal” people to give it to who enjoyed it.
