Saison de noel plus bret?

I made a batch last summer with the limited edition Wyeast farmhouse reserve. AMAZING beer. Just curious if anyone has messed with adding bret on a beer like this.


Curious if anyone has done this to a dark saison.

My beer came out a little funkier than I expected. So, it’s drinkable and boozy, but not great. However, I recently drank my first Chimay Blue and discovered THAT is what the beer is supposed to be. If you liked Saison de Noel, then you will love Chimay Blue.
