You can find this yeast at atlanticbrewsupply.com
I ordered two on wednesday for $4.20 each and 90 cents in postage to mail them. It took only two days to get them to Washington from North Carolina. The clerk I talked to said they were well supplied and I told him I’d put the word out. If you get any tell them Steve from Vancouver sent you.

Tell me a little about this yeast. I’ve never heard anyone talk about it before.

I’ve used it before. Other than 34/70 it is the only high quality dry lager yeast I’ve come across.

I understand it’s the Hürlimann Brewery yeast strain. Supposed to be tolerant of high alcohol levels.

It excels at malty lagers.

I’m planning to brew an octoberfest in march to lager until late august/early september.
