Rye Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout

I have a 5.5 gallon rye bourbon barrel that needs to be filled. Life sucks some days. :twisted:

Here is the RIS I plan to fill the barrel with.
15 Lbs Maris Otter
2 lbs flaked barley
1 lbs roast barley
1 lbs UK chocolate
.75 lbs English Dark Crystal

Mash at 156 - Boil 2 hours.

Hops! ~70 ibus
2oz challenger - 90 minutes
1 oz phoenix - 90 minutes
.5 oz fuggle - 10 minutes
.5 oz fuggle - whirlpool

1028 London Ale yeast

Since this will age in a rye bourbon barrel, I was thinking of splitting the chocolate malt 50/50 with chocolate rye. Thoughts?
I also have 2 ounces of whole leaf fuggles from Fresh Hops. I only plan on using 1 ounce. Should I dry hop for a few days with the other ounce?
