anyone one add Brett separately in a secondary after a primary with Roselare?

Regarding Roselare the whole works is already in play for you, so let it roll.

thanks brutha! I have read up on it, just wondering if anyone had added Brett separately.

I do it all the time. Dregs make it better, imo.

I usually add some bottles dregs to most of my sours to get some more complexity.
