Rooted Rhizomes

I just ordered 2 ‘Rooted Rhizomes’ among a bunch of regulars rhizomes to plant in my yard this year. It was 2 or 3 bucks extra for the rooted ones. The website says they take a regular rhizome, plant it and let it go for a year before digging it up. Seems like a winner to me but maybe I’m wasting my money?

Ordered the two ‘rooted nugget rhizomes’ from Thyme Garden…

The Thyme Garden folks know how to grow stuff.

You likely bought yourself some time, and fairly cheap.
