Roggenbier extract recipe

Hello all:

Has anyone tried making a roggenbier with NB’s rye extract? I’m considering a small experimental batch and would welcome any suggestions.

I just brewed a Roggenbier using NB’s Rye Malt LME and specialty grains from my local home brew supply store on Sunday, May 26, 2013.

It’s still in the fermentor and I plan to bottle it on June 10 (2 weeks + 1 day of fermentation).

I did a 5 gallon batch with a 2.5 gallon boil. This was my first self-made recipe and I’m curious to see how it turns out. I’ll add tasting notes when that day comes.
