Roasting Cocoa Nibs

So I am ready to tranfer my Choc Stout to a secondary and want to try roasting them this time. anyone have any tips on doing this? I have 8oz for a 10 gallon batch.

I’ve never done it but I am sure you could do it in your oven. Try 350* until the reach the roast level you want.

Why would you want roasted chocolate? :shock: Roasting cocoa cannot be a good flavor unless you’re going for that burnt chocolate chip cookie flavor.
