Reusing yeast from a smoked beer

I recently brewed a smoked mild, the total grain bill was about 20% smoked malt and the OG was 1.040.

Will I be able to harvest the yeast and use for future batches? Should I be worried about the smoke flavor sticking with the yeast?

Which future batches? A RIS would be no problem. A watermelon wheat, maybe.
