Removing Labels

I submerge mine in oxyclean as well. might as well clean the insides of em as well. However, I seem to get a thin yet stubborn layer of white residue that dries on the glass. Does anyone know why this is? Maybe I’m using too strong a solution? I Do rinse well and even add a third step - sanitizing n iodophor solution. Thanks

So why not make a label yourself that is larger than the Red Stripe printed on label and stick it over it?

I had good results removing some Stone Brewing screened labels by soaking them overnight in a mild CLR and water solution. Wiped off with my fingers and proceeded as normal. All the bottles were Stone ones tho. Dunno if that makes a difference.
