I just got the Plinian Legacy kit in. Something came up and I can’t brew it for another 2 weeks. Should I refrigerate the hops or Safale us-05 dry yeast? What about this liquid hotshot pack in the 2 syringes? Or is room temp ok? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
Refrigerate all. Hops and yeast will keep for several months in the fridge so you’re fine.

Yup they will be fine in the fridge. You can even freeze the hops if you want but don’t freeze the yeast. The hops don’t need to be frozen for a short period like a couple of weeks but in the future you can store them for a long period frozen.
