I do the same as pashusa…with the exception of oxyclean and bottle scrubbing.
When my bottles are empty, I rinse to make sure I get the yest etc out, and I was it in the dishwasher, with our normal day to day dishes. I store these in my basement as is, in 12 pack cardboard boxes. On bottling day, I take an epmpty dishwasher, fill it with my bottles, and run it through a whole cycle, without adding soap. I literally bottle on my dishwasher dooe, in the open position once they are done drying. It’s very easy, and I haven’t had any noticeable issues yet. I used to use one step, and soak every bottle for a minimum of 10 minutes…it’s a pain to do it this way, and without a bottle tree, it was a slow going process…
