I have a bomber of Fulton Worthy Adversary which, at 10% ABV, is more than I want to drink in one sitting. I was thinking I could pour a glass then recap it right away with my bottle capper and enjoy the rest of it a day or two later. Would that work, would it still be good or go flat?
I’m sure it would be like leaving a partial growler in the fridge. A little less carb the next day, but if you’re ok with that, then all is good!
Like porkchop said, it will loose a little carbonation as the CO2 will leave the beer to equalize the headspace.
