Random IPA

So I was out running errands earlier and decided to atop by my LHBS. Didn’t have a recipe in mind, or on hand and just started filling up the cart. Here’s what I came up with…looks like it might be good actually. Curious to see what anyone else thinks?

Sounds tasty to me.

I might move the 20 min. additions to more like 10, and the 10 min. additions to like 2 minutes or throw the rest in at flameout, but what you’ve got still would be tasty.

Or the 20 min addition could go to first wort hop.

Don’t have too much experience doing a FWH.

Malt bill looks pretty busy to me. I stick with one base malt and one crystal. Works pretty good.

No experience neccesary, just throw the hops into your BK as you’re draining your mash, but I agree with moving the additions to later in the boil or FWH, especially the Citra, maybe all at 5 min/flame out or dry hop with it.
