Random ingredient starter wort

Hey guys, i’ve used plain 2-row in the past for starter wort. At the moment i’ve got around .5 lb apiece of 2-row, munich light, and white wheat pre-milled just laying in the beer closet.
The combo of these 3 should give me around 1 gallon post boil of 1.040 wort, considering I decant all my starters do you guys suspect this would be an odd mixture for freezing up a gallon of start wort?

By odd mixture, I guess I’m leaning towards any odd flavor contributions to beers not containing wheat or munich.

If you cool and decant, I think you’ll be fine.
