Had an og of 1.030 and at high krausen added 1# of honey to boost abv, now at 1.009 and airlock activity about every 15-20 sec after 10 days. My question is how much did the honey add to abv? 5 gallon batch w/ safale - 04 so you know.
Water content varies in honey, but you can add 6-7 points per lb in a 5-gal batch and be pretty close.
