A while back, Mike Faul from Rabbit’s Foot Meadery discussed techniques and products on the BN Sunday Session. On the episode they go through a lengthy discussion of Hel, a saison-style braggot brewed with spices and two different Belgian ale yeasts. I found the recipe that Mike provided after some searching. Has anyone else brewed this?
