Quick question on Caribou Slobber

Brewing a Caribou Slobber extract. Got the wort cooled, topped off and aerated. The Danstar Windsor yeast is rehydrated and ready to pitch. Wort temp is at 54* F right now. Should I let it warm up into 60’s, or is it ok to go ahead and pitch? Swamp cooler is ready. Thanks for any advice.

IMO, go ahead an add the yeast. The wort will warm up in a couple of hours.

Thanks, Nighthawk. Seems we can always count on you.
