I cannot chill my beer before racking it to the corny. Would it be okay to add my gelatin to the corny and rack room temp beer on top, then pressurize and chill? If not, what would be a good procedure?
Yes, that would work. Not quiet as well as when the beer is cold but will still work. Just be prepared for the 1st pint to be rather cloudy. It will clear after the 1st oe 2nd.
