A buddy just asked if I could brew something up for a small get together. Any suggestions on something I could brew this weekend that would be done by Sept. 15th. I am doing all grain and kegging. Thanks!
ESB, wheat, brown. Even a APA/IPA should be done in time to keg carbonate.
2 weeks in primary and 1 in the keg.

extra pale ale
mild
bitter
cream ale
nut brown
They could all be done. Two to two and half weeks primary > Keg
