Hello I have question about inkbird Itc-308. I know how to get to the temperature calibrateion. seen. But does one calibrate this by making a ice water surry an put the Itc-308 temperature prob into the glass of the ice water surry . An also using a well calibrate thermometer too calibrate the inkbird Itc-308? I guressing this is how it done
I think you could use either method, although If you have a thermometer that you know is calibrated and accurate I’d use that. If you do use a thermometer I’d calibrate the temp controller in the range thatg you plan to use it. In other words If you will use to to mash calibrate around 150º F. I had never heard of the inkbird before so I looked it up. It looks like a nice controller.
