I have been looking to for another kit to brew and I read about the Midnight beatdown wheaten porter. It sounds really goo. My only concern is that i hate wheat beers, but i think it is because wheat beers have the suspended yeast in them. Am i right and this beer will be just fine or should i look towards another beer to make?
The kit lists US-05/1056 for the yeast choices. Similar strains. They should drop out of suspension fine as there are the yeast used on many IPA/APA’s.
If it was WB06/3333/3638/3056 I would say you would be disappointed.
Ok, good, that beer sounds so good. I have tried the beers that have the yeast suspended so many times and i just can’t live with them.
