I’m getting ready to start a batch of NB’s Honey Brown Ale. I was thinking of priming it with Honey and had some questions,
Will the honey primer enhance the flavor of honey or will it ferment out?
Should I boil it down with water to thin it out before adding it to the bottling bucket?
If you have used honey, how much did you use for 5 gallons? ( I realize there’s variables with different honey’s that wouldn’t make it as consistent as processed sugar)
