Has anyone used Premiant hops? They’re apparently a saaz hybrid. I have 12 oz that I ordered a while back and have never tried them. May pull the trigger on them for my next pilsner as an experiment.

Appears to be a little more ‘fruity’ than Saaz. I would probably just treat it the same way but keeping in mind the increased AA%.

I’m thinking light american pils and light on the IBU side as well. Lawn mower beer. I’m planning a backroads bike trip to Cary, NC to drop some beer off to a buddy. He loves my pilsners but always says I should make one under 4% so he can drink a bunch more. He also prefers them a bit less bitter than me. I can bitter with Premiant and it probably won’t have the sharp bite GR Mag does.
