I was wondering if anybody had any idea how to clone Big Sky Powder Hound WA? I found the old BYO recipe from December '04, but that seems outdated. The Big Sky website has the ABV at 7.2% and calls for Hallertau, Palisade, and Amarillo. The BYO recipe has it at 6.1% and uses Challenger and EKG. Any ideas for an up to date version?
Nope, But you could try swapping out the hops and upping the base grain and see what you come up with.
