It sounds like Larry is trying to scare the other shareholders into selling to him. I didn’t realize that that much of the company was owned by other people, but I imagine it was the only way to raise capital when Bell’s was smaller.

Am I the only one that thinks being covered in “hop yeast sludge at 3 in the morning.” doesn’t sound so bad? Sounds like a Wednesday night promotion at a strip club.
