I’ve brewed a few batches now and I’m dying to take a Crack at the Pliney extract kit. Is my 6.5 gallon carboy okay for the primary fermentation? I know I have to put in 6 gallons of water.
I’ve brewed it twice in my 6.5 gal carboy, it’s tight but doable. Blowoff hose is essential, you will foam out the tube with that volume.
