I have a shirron plate chiller. I plan to run it on a gravity feed system. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on a mounting angle…Is vertical better, horizontal, or some angle in between?
As few 90 degree elbows/turns as possible gives you the potential for the fastest flow rate. I’d design with that in mind. You can always slow the flow with a valve, but you can’t speed it up.
