Pellets and now to fresh hops

I have been using pelletized hops for years. but if I try to use the same recipes with fresh hops how much more or less or the same do you use? example 1 oz of fuggles or cascade = how much about of fresh hops. I do not need an exact mathematical formula; but just an approximate so as not to blow a batch but under or over-hopping it. thank you.

10% more for leaf versus pellet is a general ROT for the kettle.
