Im brewing a cascadian ryePa this weekend with a boatload of 100% homegrown hops.
Is there a good rule of thumb for how many ounces of leaf hops to use inplace of pellet hops?

Typically, you would use about 10% more leaf hops to equal pellets.
Remember you are using homegrown and you do not know the exact AA% of them, so your guessing a little, but it’ll be close.
