Peanut-Butter Stout (Advice sought...)

Hi all

I’m planning to knock up a peanut-butter stout at some point next week, but my recipe design is feeling a bit ‘throw it all in’, so advice/observations welcome. Here’s how it’s looking so far…

…I want to use the stock I currently have in my inventory, so my grains are fairly limited (I’ve also got various crystals and some munich, etc, knocking around).

Thanks for any help!

That website is blocked for me here at work. But if you are an all-grain or partial mash brewer, what I can tell you is this: the peanuttiest beer I ever drank did not contain peanuts at all. I toasted some Maris Otter malt in my oven, I think it was like 350 F for 30 minutes or something like that, and man… that beer tasted just like roasted peanuts. Think about it, and try it, if it will work with your recipe.
