Peach Wheat Beer

After action report on the peach beer if anyone is still interested.

I bottled it about a week ago. Drank some today. The peach taste is very subtle. I think it is hidden by the tart bite the beer picked up from the puree (I think due to increased alcohol content from the puree fermenting). I think if I did this again I would use only one can of peach puree instead of two. Or take the easy way out and just use peach extract during bottling rather than puree in the secondary.
