I have a couple English Brown Ale recipes that require Pale Chocolate (200L) I can’t get that locally. Could I use a English Chocolate (375L) and cut the amount in half for a similar result?
That will get you there with regards to color, but IMO there isn’t a good sub for Pale Chocolate.
