Hello i have a ? i have my beer sitting in my 6gal better bottle for 3 weeks this thursday at room temp. But did ferment at 62f for 5day well before this but basicy what i am asking is there any worry about oxidation i took off the airlock to test the og an i did that twice will opening up to test like i did cause oxidation problems at all??
