It seems to be common for people to shake their kegs to accelerate carbonation. If the keg is high pressured I can see how that could lead to overcarb. But if you keep the pressure at sefving pressure and you shake, is it safe to say you cannot overcarb regardless of how much you shake it?
I think it’s safe to say. I would also say though, it’ll take a long, long, long time to carb by shaking at serving pressure.
