I have a question about adding orange peel and coriander. Do they go right into the wort or should they be in grain bags? Thanks.
Either or is fine IMO. I typically add those between the last 5 and 10 minutes. Make sure to use whole corriander and crush it coarsely. If you have a muslin bag or hop sack available to you, than by all means use it.
Another idea is a mesh tea or spice ball. That or a mesh bag will make clean up easier and less gunk in the fermenter. Go easy on the spice unless it is a kit or known recipe. Especially with the coriander.
