Optimum temperature for fermentation wyeast 3333

I am brewing raspberry wheat today using the 3333 German wheat suggested. Range indicates 64-73 degrees what’s the optimum temp to try and keep ?

I recently brewed a Hefe with WY3333 & kept it at about 66 in my ferm. chamber for 3 weeks. It turned out well & finished at 1.011. Not as volatile as some other strains i’ve used. Although it’ll probably work nicely for a raspberry wheat, i prefer the flavor profile of WY3068 for a Hefe. Good luck! :cheers:

I went with 3333 as it was the suggested yeast for the recipe sometimes I like using an American wheat yeast
